Chosen Land: Five

Tad busy now that I’m slightly better. Past few days were kinda wasted not doing much, just trawling the internet while in the grasp of my fever. Well I did do lots of reading up on Uganda, the LRA and IC because of KONY 2012. I saw the video two hours after they launched it, before their website crashed after the heavy load and before the Internet itself started getting swamped with it when I woke in the morning.

All I’ll say on the matter right now is: awareness is good. Educate yourself more on the matter before doing anything on impulse.

In all honesty, I’m more excited about taking an active role in something else next year. But that’s next year, so we’ll forget about that for now.

Was hard trying to decide between  this or Twilight’s theme, but this won for feeling much more energetic — it’s a fighting game after all — and because AJ needs more love this season. Wonder how development is coming along.

Day Five

Our final day in Manila. I’m just gonna toss up the photos — it’s already mid-afternoon and I’m behind schedule on other work that needs to be done. Oh, the Planetarium had really bad lighting. Not sure if intentionally dark or in need of upgrades, like our Science Center here. There also wasn’t enough in attendance for them to run the show, which was really disappointing. Alright, picture dump time.

There’s supposed to be a flag but because the sky was intensely bright, it ended up looking like a disjointed smear. Very distracting, so I had to remove it.
